Abstract

With the current ambitious international objectives for decarbonisation, there is a growing need for higher grid flexibility and optimisation. This study proposes a methodology to identify, test and validate temporary grid reconfigurations that allow better renewable resource management by optimising the grid topology, leading to a more stable load diagram and a reduction of equipment degradation.
