Abstract

This paper investigates the distributed state estimation problem for sensor network systems with communication noises and delays. Distributed estimation problems with communication noises and delays are still a challenging problem. Due to the existence of delays in the systems, this problem cannot be solved directly by the traditional Kalman filter design method. In order to solve this problem, we first use the innovation reorganized methods to reorganize the measurement space, to transform the estimator design problem with delays into the estimator design problem without delays. Then the proposed problem is solved by our developed methods.
