Abstract
Abstract The formation of gliding dislocation ensembles for different external stresses in a slip plane with randomly distributed obstacles of one and a few types has been investigated with the help of computer experiments. The spatial distribution of dislocations in such ensembles and the properties of single dislocations have been analysed.
