Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at Yamaha Dealer of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Limboto Gorontalo. This study applies a quantitative approach with the use of primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees of the Yamaha dealer of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Limboto Gorontalo. The sample of study amounts to 30 respondents. The data are then analyzed using the multiple linear regressions. The results show that there is an influence of work discipline and communication on employee performance at Yamaha dealer of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Limboto Gorontalo. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and communication on performance is 43.3%, while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.
