Abstract

The present, is a clinical report of a 17 years old patient who consulted due to a total erectile dysfunction referred as an “all his life” problem; he was diagnosed of an embryonal prostatic rhabdomyosarcoma at 21 months of age, going trough a radical prostatectomy, radiotherapy and a later pelvic exenterating due to continuing of the illness. At the present time, he looks forward on beginning an active sexual conduct, reason why penile function rehabilitation is decided and treatment options are established. Existing literature on the field is revised, and due to the lack of reports that review previous experiences on erectile dysfunction on young adults with remised prostatic rhabdomyosarcoma, we see ourselves in the need to report the present case.
