Abstract
In our daily Life activities, every day we are observing atleast one person out of five is getting the deadliest disease Cancer. In this paper the diagnosis is carried on the Pet animals by using Optical Bio-Sensor. It is designed with a suitable Waveguide Structure. By using the Optical Waveguide structure, made up of Silicon material. By Passing the light through the Waveguide, light Confinement inside the Waveguide Structure, then analysis of the Quality factor is carried out. The different types of Cancer is studied & analysis is done. This analysis is done by using Analyte which is composed of DNA Micro-Array consisting of Proteins.
