Abstract
It is of great significance to strengthen the role training of principals in running modern schools. This paper closely around the core of the professional development of primary and secondary school principals, first of all, discusses the new training mode, so as to ensure the effectiveness of training; secondly, it emphasizes on-the-job training, focusing on the development of training; the last part of the article is used to discuss the diversification of training mode, explore the individualization of training, so as to build the headmaster team sustainable development, personalized development.
