Abstract

Abstract Computational thinking is the basic ability that contemporary college students should have, and it is more demanding for engineering students. Combining with the orientation and characteristics of information engineering specialty in our university, and comparing with the graduation requirement index system in engineering education certification, this paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the cultivation of computational thinking ability, reconstructs the specialty curriculum system, strengthens the teaching of computational thinking series courses to optimize the teaching content, and implements the reform measures of “problem solving” series courses with “domain” as the teaching unit to innovate the practical teaching method. Years of teaching reform practice shows that the reform of computational thinking series courses has achieved good results and met the requirements of talent training objectives.
