Abstract
In the reaction pp → ppπ+π−X0 at 19 GeV/c an, enhancement is seen in the effective mass of the pπ−X0 system at about 2700 MeV/c2, which probably is due to Δ(2850) production. We find a lower limit of 9/2 for the spin of the Δ(2850).
