Abstract
ABSTRACT Humans are biologically wired and psychologically framed to the additive instinct impelling accumulation. This human character mirror-images the life of advanced societies. Each society starts from a low threshold and grows with innovation and development of technology and economy until it reaches success and prosperity. Having reached the point of criticality, this traction stalls due to slowed innovation and technological advancements resulting in stagnation and eventual demise. Rooted on this assumption of intelligent civilization, this paper offers commentary on what is known as Fermi’s Paradox: despite the high-probability of advanced intelligent civilizations in the Milky Way Galaxy, and even more so throughout the universe, extraterrestrials have not yet directly interacted with humans.
