Abstract

To the Editor: Cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) is a photosensitive skin disorder with a heterogeneous clinical course.1 While it is known that long-term stabilization of disease activity can be achieved on standard therapies, frequencies of remission and recurrence of CLE disease activity are not well studied.2 In this retrospective study, we assessed the rates of disease activity remission and recurrence in a cohort of CLE patients and identified the factors associated with each outcome.
