Disclosures 8: Parents who initiate request for disclosure, part 2

Abstract

Last month we began discussing requests for disclosures of education records that were initiated by parents. This month we’re going to look at a parental “demand” (not a “request” if we are going to be accurate) to send all of a student's education information to the parent. Of course, this carries the implication that the parent has an equal right to access the student's education records as the student does.
