Abstract
The previous article in the series highlighted a number of parliamentary acts that have a direct impact upon discrimination. This article will focus on two reports that highlight actual or potential discrimination against those with a learning disability. The meaning of ‘reasonable adjustment’ and what is a right will also be elucidated.
