Abstract

The analytical expressions for the interference factors of the equidistant linear arrays of dipoles with separable variables amplitude-phase current distribution, located along the axes of the Cartesian coordinate system (CCS) above an ideally conducting infinite plane are obtained. As elements of model arrays are taken the dipoles, oriented parallel to the axes of CCS. The obtained relations can be used for the numerical analysis of the radiation patterns and the directive gain of linear, planar and three-dimensional antenna arrays of dipoles of arbitrary length and arbitrary orientation above the screen. In this work a comparative analysis of the directive gain and radiation resistance of linear equidistant arrays of half-wave dipoles located at a distance of quarter wavelength above plane for three orientations of the dipoles located parallel to CCS axes depending on the distance between them and their number is carried out.
