Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the current status of lifelong education for adults with disabilities in local learning policies. Currently 2014, The government has supported The government has supported of the revitalization of education for local lifelong education; to operation of the institute for lifelong education in cities and provinces, to promote lifelong learning city project, to manage happiness learning center and the development lifelong learning information network “damoa”. It has 1,371 programs and 70,985 learners, but lifelong learning programs for adults with disabilities are very small.
