Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of directions of innovative development of telecommunication enterprises. The introduction of the direction of enterprise development based on the mass production of individualized orders of specific consumers of a particular service or product in accordance with consumer requirements is considered and substantiated. The importance of understanding intellectual capital in the process of innovation is substantiated. Attention is drawn to the need to develop and implement new forms of services and methods of customer service, including by expanding the types of Internet services, Internet commerce, express service, remote service, on-line mode.
