Abstract

Relativistic electron motion in a guiding and wiggler magnetic field configuration is considered in the framework of Dirac theory and the modification of the Landau level distribution due to the guiding and wiggler fields has been worked out in a nonperturbative scheme. The energy surfaces now consist of two sets of hyperbolic sheets in the space of wiggler and axial momentum wave vectors.
