Abstract

Grossly, human development has been approached from economic, political and social perspectives that the present work integrates to discuss its central axes in order to establish the exclusion of society and the emergence of their participation in the construction of a co-government A documentary study was carried out with an intentional selection of sources indexed to national repositories, considering the year of publication and the inclusion of concepts such as development, governance, rectory and civil participation. Research lines are noticed based on the contrast and integration of the concepts used in the state of art such as identity in the media culture, the public agenda and the remote-controlled society.
