Abstract

Railway transport is characterized by complex technological processes and infrastructure which must be modernized through the implementation of digital technologies. Digital energetics which is the basis of infrastructure of the fourth industrial revolution plays a special role in this respect. The existing energetics must be transformed into the “smart” one. These transformations will concern customer services, the network itself, infrastructure, consumers, suppliers and other components. In the article, the authors consider issues of creating a new service allowing realization of the search of solution of analysis and discovering of “barrier locations” of electric power transmission, as well as the issue of new technological connections. For the purpose of modeling, the language UML was used allowing displaying of static structure and dynamic behavior of the developed service. The respective business-processes were studied, long-term perspectives were evaluated, and priorities of the existing industry problems which may be solved by introducing modern digital technologies were defined.
