Abstract

It is considered general questions of the digital development, the strong and the weak sides of digitalization in the modern conditions of sanctions and counter-sanctions. It is studied, by which historical and ideological motives sanction’s sponsors are guided. It is analyzed the role of digitalization in the struggle for control of the southern international trade ways – the African one, Azov – Black sea’s one, transport corridor «North – South» (Russia – Iran – India with a possible branch to the east of Africa). It is mentioned the significance of historical experience, people’s mentality and geopolitical prerequisites in concluding of new economical alliances.
