Abstract
It is considered interdependence of ideological motivation and pursuing economic policy, role of high-ranking bureaucracy in the decision-making process, significance of mentality and of historical-juridical heritage on Russia’s, Cuba’s, Venezuela’s, Serb Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s examples. It is analyzed the deliberate renunciation of mercantilist and protectionist traditions in modern France and Germany, genuine motives of Euro-commission’s strategy, role of so called «the economic establishment» in dismissals of the British Prime-Ministers without to hold an general election.
