Digital transformation goes beyond traditional functions such as sales, marketing, and customer service, centering instead on rethinking and engaging with customers. Moving from paper to spreadsheets to intelligent applications for business management presents an opportunity to rethink how we conduct business and interact with our customers, leveraging digital technology in the process. similarly cybersecurity and data privacy have become critical concerns for businesses of all sizes.
