Abstract
This article deals with the research conducted in the field of smart electric power supply systems. The purpose of the research is to obtain significant scientific and technical results allowing us to proceed to the creation of new products and services for smart grids. The specific solution is a measurement system for digital substations with the highest voltage of 110 kV AC based on the open architecture concept. The study conducted a search and development of software and hardware solutions for the implementation of the measuring system of a digital substation using digital combined current and voltage transformers. The solution was based on TRATON-110 digital instrument transformers ensuring the voltage measurement accuracy class of 0.2 and the current measurement accuracy class of 0.2S. Software and equipment for technological support were also developed based on the open architecture concept for unifying the digital interface of current and voltage instrument transformers supported by the IEC 61850 protocols. This solution is based on the use of the Avacha universal digital signal processing board. The article highlights the results of complex testing of the measurement system components. The solutions obtained during the research are patented.
