Abstract
Systemic changes in the digital environment of domestic healthcare are considered, in particular, explanations approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated March 10, 2023 No. 99n on the application of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On additional state social support for medical workers of medical organizations included in the state and municipal health systems and participating in the basic program of compulsory medical insurance or territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance” dated December 31, 2022 No. 2568. The analysis of new approaches to ensuring the interests of medical workers of scarce specialties, restrictions established in accordance with the norms of the Labor legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the digital healthcare environment is carried out.
