Abstract
Due to the pandemic situation almost 90% of people are depending on digital technologies to improve their skills, business, education, etc. The usage of digital identities in work spaces, personal lives and other professional related activities has given rise to identity management and access control to manage and secure our identity information. With the help of blockchain-based identity management solutions users can take control of their own identity. The large amount of data stored in the public network leads to data leakages. Due to lack of confidentiality, slow and speed scalability especially when we store large amounts of data cannot precede in a single block which causes degradation of data. Even though the system performance can be analyzed with accuracy and integrity still there is a need to refine identity management in blockchain technology in digital forensic as it is built on a platform using protocols and hashing functions like private/public keys where the owner's data is hidden. Artificial intelligence (AI) usage has risen greatly in every 168field, and with the help of AI and blockchain the identity management in digital forensic can be improved to eliminate duplication of work to increase transparency to improve speed of service. In this chapter we discuss possible identity management techniques like protocols and algorithms to enhance the possible solutions in digital forensics.
