Abstract

Ensuring the power supply of important special loads can effectively reduce the electric power losses resulted from disaster. A model and method of power grid differentiated planning are proposed for the consideration of special loads power supply under disaster. By introducing the probability of the electric power equipment damage in disaster, the power grid differentiated planning model on the basis of supplying power for the special loads is proposed which optimizes the outage losses and the added generation cost. Two different types of power supply for special loads are taken into account. The one ensures the full capacity of each special node, and the other ensures part capacity of the each special node because only part capacity of the node is urgent. The simulated results of IEEE 14-bus and IEEE 118-bus system demonstrate the rationality of the proposed model, which offers reference to the anti-disaster planning in power systems.
