Abstract

Determination of laboratory markers of allergic and toxic-allergic reactions to medicines will help to develop new methods of their diagnosis based on the specific immune cells reactions to medicines in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Objective — to identify laboratory markers of allergic and toxic-allergic reactions to medications through computer processing of the results of immunological and biochemical studies in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to predict their development. Materials and methods. The results of the complex clinical, immunological and biochemical examination of 68 patients were analyzed depending on the presence/absence of clinical signs of allergic reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs based on computer processing of the data. Results and discussion. The ratios of immunological indicators were calculated for their use as the markers of activity of hypersensitivity reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs. All indicators were conditionally divided into «lymphocyte-allergic» coefficients (hypersensitivity coefficient (CG), lymphocyte-allergic coefficient (LAK) and «toxic-allergic» coefficients (TACRSE and TACKG coefficients), which were calculated using liver function indicators ALT, AST and GGT) according to the point of greatest informativeness. coefficients, which were calculated using liver function indicators ALT, AST and GGT). Conclusions. It is possible to use an increase to 1.6 units TACRSE or to 0.4 units TACKG as markers of toxic-allergic reaction in patients with tuberculosis.
