Abstract
Some reports suggested that zona drilling (ZD) was more successful to reach complete hatching than zona thinning (ZT) on both cleaved stage embryos and blastocysts (BL). There, however, have been no reports on comparison of the hatching processes between them using continuous imaging. We have examined hatching of human BL between ZD and ZT by time-lapse imaging.
