Abstract

This study attempts to determine the differences in satisfaction levels based on the service characteristics of volunteers that have been active for 1 year or more. The subjects of the study were situated in the O middle district and filled out a survey from November 15 to December 30, 2015. Data analysis was made by using the SPSSWIN 18.0 Program to determine the frequency distribution, t-test and One-way ANOVA, along with the Scheffe multiple range test to find significant changes within p<.05. As a result, we found significant differences in satisfaction levels based on the duration of volunteering, volunteering attitude, status, willingness to continue for the next year and whether the respondent had volunteering education or not. This study may be used in the future as base line data for improving the satisfaction level of volunteers.
