Abstract

Dielectric properties of Pb(Zr 1−x Ti x )O 3 ceramics were measured for various solid solutions ranging from Zr-rich (x = 0.4) to Ti-rich (x = 0.6) compositions as a function of pressure (up to 2 GPa) and temperature (from −100°C to 100°C). As previously established by structural investigations, dielectric measurements confirm the existence of ferroelectric-ferroelectric transitions induced by both moderate hydrostatic pressures and low temperatures.
