Abstract
Dielectric constant of ammonium hydrogen selenate crystal is measured in the temperature range including the incommensurate to commensurate phase transition in the presence of external bias electric field. The hysteresis of dielectric constant observed in electric field at constant temperature is interpreted as a result of density change of discommensuration.
