Abstract

Abstract Dielectric constants of several specimens with different concentrations of NO3 − were measured. 1) Tc and Tn decrease with the increase in NO3 − impurity. 2) The interval Tn-Tc broadens out slightly up to 0.31 mol% of NO3 − and the broadening becomes more remarkable at 0.36 mol%. 3) In the highly purified specimen (0.01 mol%) the interval Tn-Tc is not zero. 4) The thermal hysteresis at Tc seems to show tendency to increase with the increase of NO3 − impurity.
