Abstract
Es wird uber eine neue Rekonstruktionsmethode der menschlichen Ohrmuschel berichtet. Das Prinzip dieser Ohrmuschel besteht darin, zuerst der Haut die Ohrmuschelform zu geben und dann das Gerust dieser Hautform anzupassen. Die Haut wird in ein Kunststoffnegativmodell einer Ohrmuschel mittels Sog eingesaugt, wodurch sie sich exakt der Form dieses Modells anlegt, und so eine Ohrmuschelform bildet. Als Gerust dienen Chips entweder aus Knorpel oder Kunststoff — im Tierversuch wurden Silasticwurfelchen verwendet —. Mit dieser Methode gelingt es, annahernd naturgetreue Ohrmuscheln von gewollter Form und Grose herzustellen.
