Abstract

An interview with progressive fantastic authors Judith and Christian Vogt discussing their work on making German fantastic literature more open to non-heteronormative standpoints and how they approach their social activism outside of novel writing. Further includes a short essay on the queer linguistic strategies employed by Judith and Christian Vogt in their novels Wasteland (2019) and Ace in Space (2020) to create a future language that is truly genderfair and non-heteronormative.
