Die Einbindung der Bevölkerung in Verfassungsänderungsprozessen – ein Überblick

Abstract

Projects in support of constitution-building processes in post- Confl were iktstaaten by Rudiger Wolfrum almost ten years ago introduced in Heidelberg, at the Max Planck Institute. In some constitutions, the Basic Law included takes a constitutional amendment only with the same actors and according to the same procedure as the ordinary legislative. In several countries, the constitutional amendment process extends graded across two terms. The direct involvement of the people constitutional amendment processes institutionalized its cooperation and lets it formally be constituted violence beyond the right to vote.
