Abstract
This paper describes the diagnostics of an L band FEL high current injector at CIAE. The single slit and probe method has been used for measuring the emittance of an electron gun. The pepper pot method is adopted to measure the true emittance, hyperemittance and brightness at the exits of the subharmonic prebuncher (SHB) and the buncher respectively, with a pricise optical sustem and image processing system (IPS).
