Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-resolution CT (HRCT) with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) lung lesions. Method Retrospective analysis of clinical diagnosis of SLE have pulmonary infiltration in patients with CT and 28 cases of lung HRCT performance was Conducted. Result 28 patients showed different degrees of pulmonary fibrosis to mainly peripheral distribution, Iobular septal thickening and ground-glass density in the performance of its common. Conclusions HRCT check can help determine the extent of pulmonary infiltration SLE, and preliminary estimates of prognosis. Lobular septal thickening and ground-glass density are the early performance of SLE ,while honeycomb cysts change is the peature in advanceal stage.
