Table 1 in page 3, “Disorder (CD/ODD)” should be moved beside “defiant” in order to read the line as “… defiant disorder (CD/ODD)”. The corrected references, “Census Data 2010 a-c” were changed in the text and in the references but were not re-alphabetized properly in the revised proof. Table 1.
