Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnosis values of PET/CT, CT and MRI in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods One hundred patients with cervical lymph node metastasis in the 148th Central Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2017 and February 2018 were selected as the main research objects. PET/CT, CT and MRI were used to diagnose the cervical lymph node metastasis respectively, and the diagnostic results were compared with pathological findings, the application value of different imaging methods in lymph node metastasis diagnosis was analyzed. Results ①Pathological results showed that the number of lymph nodes in positive group and negative group was 205 cases and 105 cases respectively. The positive rate at different anatomical locations was directly proportional to the total number of lymph nodes in the region. ② The diagnosis results of lymph node metastasis by PET/CT, CT and MRI has the significant difference(P<0.05), the overall diagnosis sensitivity and diagnosis accuracy of the lymph node metastasis were 83.97% and 70.84%, 66.15% and 51.83%, 77.48% and 65.01% respectively. Conclusions PET/CT is one of the most valuable diagnostic methods in the three imaging diagnosis methods. It takes both the morphological imaging of CT and the functional imaging of PET, and the sensitivity and accuracy of lymph node metastasis are higher than that of CT and MRI. Key words: Positron emission tomography/computer tomography; Computer tomography; Magnetic resonance imaging; Lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer; Clinical diagnosis value
