Introduction

The article is dedicated to the relevant aspects of complex diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders in children and adolescents with traumatic brain injury (TBI) sequelae in the long term. It has been demonstrated that moderate and severe TBIs result in cerebroasthenic syndrome occurs in 94% of the children, in school study difficulties – in 93%, in sleep disorders – in 84%, in shortening of attention span – in 96%, in memory defects – in 78%, in motor awkwardness – in 63%, in speech disturbances – in 40%.
