Abstract

The article presents the rationale for the programme of monitoring of the quality of schoolchildren’s Russian civil identity formation at the municipal level. The criteria for the formation of Russian civic identity of schoolchildren are the components of the functional structure of this phenomenon: cognitive-semantic (regarded as the level of knowledge that is the basis for the formation of value orientations); emotional-axiological (assessed as the level of acceptance of value priorities); activity level (diagnosed as the level of distribution of a group of negative and positive manifestations in practical activities and social interactions).
