Abstract
(Abstracted from J Clin Anesth, 38:133–136, 2017) Significant pain results from arthroscopic subacromial decompression in shoulder surgeries. Extended analgesia is achieved by combining dexamethasone with local anesthetics to prolong single-injection interscalene block.
