Abstract

The uncertainty of the external environment significantly increases the risks of sustainable development of economic entities, pushes them to innovate. Among the variety of turbulence factors, the authors propose to focus on three drivers that are most significant in their impact: digitalization, geopolitics, ecology. The purpose of the study is to describe a transformational approach to the social component, the effectiveness of which is assessed by indicators of financial stability of an economic entity. The tasks of determining the key competencies of successful companies are solved, the main organizational components of the social component are substantiated, the use of the technology of implementing the proposed concept is demonstrated on the example of IT companies. The authors used general scientific methods of generalization, deduction, abstraction, theoretical approach of ascent from the abstract to the concrete; experimental methods of observation, modeling and comparison. According to the results of the approbation, it is proved that the development of the social component is the key to stable economic development of an economic entity.
