Abstract

災害廃棄物の処理実行計画は発災後至急策定しなければならないが，多くの時間を要するなどの課題が山積している．そこで本研究グループでは，AI等を活用し実効性のある処理実行計画の策定に資する自動作成支援システムの開発を実施している．本論はその一環として，災害廃棄物の処理実行計画書等の関連文書で使用される各種用語を洗い出し，語彙，概念，意味の機能的な知識の体系化を行うために，これらの用語の概念，属性，関係などを表現するオントロジー（Ontology）を構築した．さらに，構築したオントロジーを基に，自動作成支援システムの根幹となる計画書テンプレートおよび過去の計画書の目次や文章の意味論的照査を自動的に行うシステムを開発し，実際のデータを用いて検証を行った．
