Abstract

The article defines the features of the development of software products for the needs of modernization of construction organization processes. The theory of entropy processes in organizational functional systems received further development, on the basis of which information flows in hierarchical systems were investigated. As a result, a model for assessing the functional-technological reliability of construction project executors in the information space of the SADT methodology (English structured analysis and design technique) - structural analysis and design as a set of methods, rules and procedures intended for building a functional model of the object of the subject area of research is proposed . The reliability of the organizational system is determined by the probability that at an arbitrary moment in time the values of the controlled parameters do not exceed the limits of permissible deviations. The work established a functional relationship between organizational and technological reliability (OTR), the required level of reliability of achieving the final result and the intensity of failures in the system and, accordingly, the regime of managerial influences. This makes it possible to quantify the parameters of the production process management, which ensure the reliability of the final result is higher than the initial OTR. Approaches to the development of a graph-analytical model of the development of a construction project as an information base for the development of alternative solutions are substantiated. A system of coefficients is proposed, with the help of which, on the basis of a graph-analytical model, the possibilities of achieving previously set goals and the range of necessary changes in controlled parameters are determined. In order to maintain the construction project management system within the limits of the given reliability, the mode of control over the real progress of the process is formally calculated. The theory of organizational and technological reliability has been developed in the field of development of methodical approaches for forecasting the dynamics of the inconsistency of parametric control indicators in the case of complex organizational and technological interrelationship of works. The influence of reliability parameters on the choice of operational and perspective management mode is substantiated, which will further allow to develop a model for assessing the organizational and management feasibility of the construction work program based on the rationalization of the system and management modes.
