Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of communication culture development among college and university teachers. As part of the study, the authors consider the structure of communicative competence; analyze the factors and bar riers that hinder the communicative skills development. Methods for solving the mentioned problem are proposed: managerial support of professionally significant teachers’ qualities, reflection at the professional level and self education of teachers.
