Development of Quadrature Bridge for AC QHR Measurements at Measurement Frequency of 1.592 kHz

Abstract

A quadrature bridge, one of the important instruments for National Metrology Institute of Japan capacitance measurement chain based on an ac quantized Hall resistance (QHR), has been developed. The developed quadrature bridge can be used to compare the capacitance and ac QHR at a measurement frequency of 1.592 kHz. At the present stage of development, the bridge can be used to achieve a relative standard uncertainty of 0.030 × 10 <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">-6</sup> during bridge balancing.
