Abstract

The article describes the importance of personality theories in the professional formation of a psychologist, the role of individual characteristics, the relationship to people, to oneself, to the objects of the external world, are presented. Also, in the process of the professional development of a psychologist, as a specialist, the changes in the person's perceptions about himself, his position in the professional and social environment, and the aspects of the formation of professional qualities are described.
