Abstract

Introduction. The article examines electronic learning technologies in the context of online learning based on appropriate equipment, software, and teaching technologies. Aim. To find out the features of an innovative approach to the development of post-graduate students' information competence in institutions of higher learning. Methods. The author's questionnaire for assessing the development of information competence in post-graduate students was used; a pedagogical experiment was conducted on formation of post-graduate students’ information competence. Results. The use of network technologies, presentations, multimedia technologies, and virtual reality offer new opportunities for online learning of the vast majority of students. A complex of methodological support has been shown to be effective for the development of future scientists' information competence during their university studies, which was the final stage of the experiment. Conclusions. The introduction of modern ICT into the educational process opens up good opportunities for future scientists' information competence development.
