Abstract
Taking a marine low-speed diesel engine as the object, the online cylinder pressure monitoring method is studied, the characteristic parameters of in-cylinder combustion process are extracted, an FPGA-based data acquisition system is constructed, the signals of top dead center, crank angle and gas pressure of each cylinder are collected online, and a LabVIEW virtual instrument is used as the platform to develop an online cylinder pressure monitoring system for the marine low-speed engine, and the system was tested and verified on a low-speed engine bench. The results show that the system can monitor the pressure change curve online in real time and calculate the performance parameters and power of each cylinder, which can well meet the combustion performance analysis of the marine low-speed engine.
